Владелец донецкого супермаркета «Сокол» Малик Пирвердиев заявляет, что охрана его магазина журналистов не избивала, они сами поскользнулись и ударились.
«Собственник торгового центра «Сокол» утверждает, что охрана магазина не избивала журналистов, они сами подскользнулись на выходе и ударились о перила», - цитирует слова М. Пирвердиева телевизионный канал «Донбасс».
Как сообщал «ОстроВ», в донецком супермаркете «Сокол» 23 января охранники избили группу журналистов, фотографирующих просроченную продукцию
По заявлению пострадавших, сотрудниками милиции проведена проверка, в ходе которой установлено, что «23 января около 13.00 пятеро человек, среди которых были представители СМИ и общественности, прибыли в помещение супермаркета «Сокол» как покупатели. Затем, не представившись администрации и персоналу магазина, они начали проводить фото- и видеосъемку продукции. В процессе съемок произошел конфликт с охранниками магазина, в результате которого троим журналистам были причинены телесные повреждения: перелом костей носа и ссадины лица, закрытая черепно-мозговая травма, сотрясение головного мозга».

Судя по видеозаписи инцидента, которую выложили в Интернет журналисты, пострадавшие вели себя корректно. Охрана супермаркета, напротив, была арессивна. На записи хорошо видна потасовка и отчетливо слышны звуки ударов, сопровождающиеся комментариями охранников: «Вам же сказали, что съемка запрещена».
Вместе с тем, канал «Донбасс» нашел свидетеля происшествия, который обвинил журналистов в провоцировании конфликта и шовинистических заявлениях.
«Произошла какая-то (потасовка – «ОстроВ») с телевизионными камерами раскрытыми и спровоцировали охрану — сказали нецензурным матом, что с гор спустился и занимаешь рабочие места у людей… У них (у охранников – «ОстроВ»), наверное, кровь горячая, ребята вспылили… Потасовка получилась».
В настоящее время супермаркет «Сокол» закрыт. В пресс-службе прокуратуры Донецкой области корреспонденту «ОстроВа» сообщили, что закрытие магазина с проверкой не связано.
«Прокуратура Ленинского района по факту инцидента в супермаркете проводит проверку в порядке статьи 97 Уголовно-процессуального кодекса Украины. В ходе проверки прокуратура не имеет законных оснований приостанавливать деятельность хозяйственного субъекта», - сказали в пресс-службе. Хозяин магазина, по сообщению телеканала «Донбасс», заявил, что «Сокол» закрыт на неопределенное время во избежание дальнейших провокаций.

Are you all crazy and and paranoid or what. I have spent a long time in Vietnam and eaten plent of this fish farmed and wild. Its fine and safe and I have never been ill from eating it (and I ate a great deal of it while living there). Yes it is farmed and fed food made from other dead fish but this fish is carniverous unlike cattle which are strict herbevores. You are slightly uneducated on this matter and need to find some facts not hear-say before spouting off. I am a Dr of biology and have no worries in eating this and also not involved in its production import or sale before I recieve emails saying this.
